There is constant change in the field of technology at an extraordinary speed. A transition has taken place, where traditional technologies are quickly being replaced by new media: from traditional programming to mobile programming, to game programming and to robotic programming, from the local network to social networks, from traditional printing technologies to three-dimensional printers, from the Internet to the Internet of objects . Information access-sharing-understanding-production opportunities, speeds and options of individuals have increased with new technologies. The way that individuals perceive the world has changed. These new technologies in formal or informal learning environments also require innovation in the concepts of learning and literacy. New media literacy, social media literacy, code literacy, game literacy, mobile literacy concepts are parts of these innovation movements. In this study, it is aimed to examine the literatures needed in the context of new technologies. The scope of the work constitutes new literacy. New technologies require new literacies. The study is carried out at the theoretical level. Referred to literature review. Firstly, new technologies are examined and secondly, new media literacy, social media literacy, code literacy, game literacy, mobile literacy concepts are studied. As a result of the study, an evaluation of the scope of each literacy has been made.
